Cancellation Policy

Lili Fulfillment LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality digital services with professionalism, transparency, and fairness. This Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which clients may cancel services or projects and the terms that apply to such cancellations.

1. Project Cancellation by the Client

Clients may request to cancel a project or service at any time by providing written notice via email.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our official email address.
• Verbal requests or informal communications will not be accepted as valid cancellation notices.
• A cancellation will become effective only after written confirmation has been issued by Lili Fulfillment LLC.

2. Cancellation Before Work Commences

If a cancellation request is received before work has commenced:

• A full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Any applicable administrative, payment processing, or transaction fees may be deducted.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Commenced

If a project is cancelled after work has begun:

• The client will be charged for all work completed up to the effective cancellation date.
• Any applicable refund will be calculated after deducting the value of completed work, time invested, third-party costs, and other project-related expenses.

4. Ongoing and Subscription Services

For recurring services such as SEO, website maintenance, digital marketing, or other monthly service plans:

• Clients may cancel at any time by providing at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
• Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle.
• Fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable.
• Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, content, approvals, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays resulting from the client’s failure to provide required materials, approvals, or communication shall not constitute grounds for a full refund or cancellation without applicable charges.

Where significant delays occur, Lili Fulfillment LLC reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or close the project.

6. Cancellation by Lili Fulfillment LLC

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any project or service where:

• Required information or materials are not provided within a reasonable period.
• Invoices remain unpaid.
• The client breaches our Terms and Conditions.
• The client engages in abusive, threatening, unlawful, or inappropriate behaviour.
• Continuing the project becomes commercially or legally impracticable.

Where Lili Fulfillment LLC cancels a project for any of the above reasons, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

7. Refunds Following Cancellation

Any refund that may become payable following cancellation will be assessed and processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Approval of a cancellation request does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.

8. Reinstatement of Cancelled Projects

If a client wishes to resume a cancelled project:

• A new quotation, agreement, or contract may be required.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the project’s status and the work required to recommence the project.
• Original pricing and delivery schedules may no longer apply.

9. Force Majeure

Lili Fulfillment LLC shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, strikes, pandemics, cyber-attacks, or failures of third-party service providers.

10. Changes to This Cancellation Policy

We may amend this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be published on this page together with the updated Effective Date.
